Weapon Manufacturing

Wilkinson Tactical is working to implement an ISO-9001 compliant Quality Management System and state of the art ERP system. Our current manufacturing is capable of a sustained rate of 5 guns per shift, soon expanding to 20-25 guns per shift. Production expansion plans put us at 125 guns per shift in 6 to 9 months depending on sales. The current production utilizes 4 Fadal CNC Vertical Machining Centers, one Mazak CNC turning center all supported by several manual lathes and mill machines. Expansion plans include the addition of CNC Horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes and screw machines, CNC turning centers, and other CNC support machines and automation. Adding multiple shifts will put us at 60 to 75 guns per day in 6 weeks without adding equipment once other production tooling to include forged upper and lower raw material is in place.
